As part of our continuing commitment to service excellence, we regularly conduct meetings with our Coop-Accredited Electricians to strengthen collaboration, encourage open communication, and reaffirm our shared commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical services to our Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs). These meetings provide an avenue for us to listen to their concerns, recommendations, and valuable insights while recognizing the vital role they play in helping us continuously improve our services.

During the meeting, we discussed key operational updates, including electric service applications, process improvement initiatives, the Nationwide Intensification of Household Electrification (NIHE) Program, ILECO I initiatives, operational developments, and our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Through these discussions, we continue to strengthen coordination, improve operational efficiency, and uphold industry standards while reaffirming our strong partnership with our accredited electricians. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication remain vital in advancing our mission of delivering dependable, efficient, and quality electric service to every Member-Consumer-Owners.
