We continue to strengthen our commitment to providing reliable, safe, and quality electric service through the replacement of๐ฌ.๐ณ๐ฏ๐ฌ ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ of bare primary distribution lines with insulated Tree Wire conductors in Sitio So-ok, Brgy. Botong, Oton. This infrastructure improvement project, amounting to ๐ฃ๐ต๐ฝ ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ฒ,๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฏ.๐ฒ๐ฑ, is part of our continuing distribution system modernization program.
By installing Tree Wire conductors, we aim to minimize power interruptions caused by tree branches, vegetation, and other external factors that commonly affect overhead distribution lines. This upgrade is expected to enhance system reliability, improve public safety, reduce maintenance requirements, and provide a more stable and dependable power supply for our Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs).
Through strategic infrastructure improvements like this, we remain steadfast in our mission to deliver sustainable, efficient, and resilient electric service. As we continuously upgrade our distribution network, we reaffirm our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our Member-Consumer-Owners while supporting the long-term growth and development of the communities we proudly serve.

Early this morning, ILECO I joined the Local Government Unit of Tigbauan and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) in the Coastal Clean-Up and Community Advocacy Drive, marking the kick-off of the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026 celebration with the theme, โNaghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas.โ
Together with local officials, national government agencies, partner organizations, volunteers, and community members, we participated in the clean-up activities along the coastal barangays of Baguingin, Namocon, and Tan Pael. Through this collective effort, we helped promote environmental protection, coastal conservation, disaster preparedness, and community resilienceโreinforcing the importance of working together to create a safer and more sustainable future.
At ILECO I, we remain committed to supporting programs and initiatives that strengthen disaster resilience, protect our environment, and serve the best interests of our member-consumer-owners and the communities we energize.
