One of ILECO Iโs vital Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) programs is the Pre-Membership Orientation Seminar (PMOS). To ensure that every Member-Consumer-Owner (MCO) is well-informed, these seminars are conducted throughout the Cooperativeโs entire coverage area.
On June 20, 2026, the ILECO I team successfully conducted a PMOS for prospective Member-Consumer-Owners in Barangay Coyugan Sur, Leon.
The seminar provided participants with a better understanding of ILECO Iโs operations, programs, and services, while highlighting their rights and responsibilities as Member-Consumer-Owners under the Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Consumers. Through activities like PMOS, We continue to empower every MCOs to become active partners in the Cooperativeโs mission of delivering reliable, safe, and efficient electric service.
