Binigyang-diin ni Rep. Dagooc na dapat magsumite ng kumpletong ulat ang NGCP at iba pang kinauukulang ahensya upang malinaw na matukoy kung ano ang naging sanhi ng transmission trippings ng Tayabas-Ilijan and Ilijan-Dasmariรฑas 500-kV transmission lines. Giit niya, kung ang taumbayan ay patuloy na nagbabayad para sa reliability, may karapatan din dapat silang malaman kung bakit nauwi pa rin ito sa pagkawala ng kuryente.
Sa huli, hindi sapat na maibalik lamang ang kuryente matapos ang ilang oras na brownout โ kailangan ding maibalik ang tiwala ng ating mga kapwa konsyumer sa ating mga institusyon at sa buong power sector.
