Ginpahibalo ang tanan nahanungod sa ERC Resolution No. 03 Series of 2026 (A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE MAGNA CARTA FOR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICITY CONSUMERS) nga naga PAHANUGOT sa mga distribution utilities nga mag-adjust sang Bill Guarantee Deposit (BGD) kon ini mas mataas or mas manubo sa average nga monthly bill sang consumers.
