Please be informed of the following ERC Advisory for the Implementation of Consumer Protection Measures by All Concerned Electric Power Industry Stakeholders, Pursuant to Executive Order No. 110:
𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Consumption of all residential and non-residential captive market consumers for bills covering the period of May, June and July 2026.
𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗗: 𝗗𝗨𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘:
1. MAY 2026 June 2026

• Unpaid bills for April 2026 or earlier

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆:
• Have consumption not exceeding 200 kWh
• Have bills covering the period of May, June and July 2026
• Payable in three (3) equal monthly installments

• Eligible MCOs who wish to avail of the deferred/staggered payment scheme can pay at the nearest ILECO I office.
