Pursuant to the NEA Memorandum No. 2014-019 series of 2014 issued on July 1, 2014 re: Guidelines on the Conduct of District Elections for Electric Cooperatives, Section 5 states that in a case of a lone candidate, 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗦𝗨𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘.
The Coop will have one (1) voting precinct per voting center which will be held at Guimbal Central Elementary School and Tigbauan Central Elementary School respectively. The registration and casting of votes will begin at 8:00am.
