The outage was caused by a cut conductor at Brgy. Dapuyan, San Joaquin, Iloilo, affecting the MiagaoโSan Joaquin 69 kV transmission line segment that serves the ILECO I San Joaquin Substation.

Repair and restoration activities are currently ongoing by NGCP line personnel.
Outage is due to cut conductor at Brgy. Dapuyan, San Joaquin Iloilo, affecting the Miagao - San Joaquin 69kV line segment serving portions of ILECO 1
Ongoing repair by line personnel
Miagao - San Joaquin 69kV line segment is still isolated affecting portions of ILECO 1 franchise area. Line patrol is hampered due to rains and slippery conditions in the rugged mountainous terrain
Estimated time of restoration is yet to be determined.
