On April 22, 2026, the ILECO I team reached out to the residents of Barangay Bobon, Leon, to conduct a Barangay Power Association (BAPA) Assembly Meeting. As a vital component of the Cooperativeโs Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) initiatives, this activity was designed to empower, organize, and involve our Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) at the grassroots level. By bringing these discussions directly to the heart of the barangay, ILECO I ensures that every member remains an active and well-informed partner in our mission to provide reliable and efficient electric service.
Through these localized efforts, ILECO I continues to strengthen the bond between the cooperative and the communities we serve. We extend our sincere gratitude to the people of Brgy. Bobon for their unwavering support, active engagement, and commitment to the success of their Barangay Power Association.

One of the Cooperativeโs vital Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) programs is the Pre-Membership Orientation Seminar (PMOS). To ensure every Member-Consumer-Owner (MCO) is well-informed, these seminars are conducted directly across our entire coverage area.
On April 21, 2026, the ILECO I team held a PMOS for prospective MCOs in Barangay Binanua-an and Bugnay, Igbaras.
The activity aimed to educate participants on the core operations of ILECO I, as well as their essential rights and obligations as MCOs under the Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Consumers. By understanding these roles, our MCOs become active partners in the cooperativeโs mission to provide reliable and efficient electric service.
