Unscheduled power interruption in parts of Iloilo City & Iloilo Province at 1:32PM today, 08 July 2026.
Affected: MORE ( MORE Power ) (Diversion, Jaro, Mandurriao, Mobile, Molo, Megaworld & Arevalo Substations) and ILECO 1 ( Iloilo I Electric Cooperative, Inc. ) (Pavia Substation)
Reason: Tripping of the Iloilo - PEDC 138kV Line 3 and 69kV Bus 1 and Bus 2 of Iloilo Ss
Ongoing investigation and restoration of affected loads.

NGCP requested the implementation of Manual Load Dropping (MLD) due to power generation deficiency (Red Alert Status). ILECO I implemented the Manual Load Dropping (MLD) in compliance with NGCP's directive in the following area:

𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝟰𝗔 – 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We appeal for your understanding regarding this NGCP-initiated unscheduled power interruption.
Rest assured that power service was restored upon the completion of the Manual Load Dropping period and upon clearance from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.
