Advisory to On-Grid Distribution Utilities in Compliance with Net-Metering Program

As part ofthe Cooperative's continuing commitment to provide quality, reliable, and safe electric service, we have successfully completed the upgrading of approximately 4.643 kilometers of existing bare primary lines to insulated Tree Wire conductors from Brgy. Balibagan Oeste to Brgy. Malawog and Cadagmayan Norte, Sta. Barbara.
With a total project cost of Php 2,712,607.65, this distribution line upgrading project strengthens the reliability and resiliency of our electric distribution system. The newly installed Tree Wire conductors help minimize power interruptions caused by tree branches, vegetation contact, and adverse weather conditions, while enhancing public safety and reducing maintenance requirements.
This completed project reflects our ongoing commitment to modernizing and strengthening our distribution network, ensuring a more reliable, efficient, and resilient power supply for our Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) and the communities we serve.

As part of our commitment to service excellence, we regularly conduct quarterly meetings with our Coop-Accredited Electricians, providing a valuable platform for dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of updates that help us continuously improve our services for our Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs).
Through this gathering, we addressed the concerns and insights of our accredited electricians, discussed current operational matters, and reaffirmed our shared commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical services to our Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs).
Key agenda items included updates on electric service applications, process enhancement initiatives, operational developments, and our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. These discussions aimed to improve efficiency, strengthen compliance with standards, and ensure better service delivery throughout our franchise area.
A major highlight of the meeting was the exploration of initiatives that will further support and empower our accredited electriciansโour valued partners whose expertise, professionalism, and dedication play a vital role in helping us fulfill our mission of providing dependable and efficient electrical services to the communities we serve.
