As part of our continuing commitment to strengthen our Barangay Power Associations (BAPAs) and enhance the quality of service provided to our Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs), ILECO I conducted a BAPA Skills Training for BAPA meter readers and technicians on September 25, 2026, at the San Joaquin Municipal Covered Gym.
The training, conducted under District I -SAn Joaquin, focused on strengthening the knowledge and technical skills of BAPA personnel in key areas, including:
๐น Safety Preventive Measures
๐น Proper Fusing, Troubleshooting, and Disconnect/Reconnect of Fuse Cut-Out Assembly
๐น Refresher Course on Disconnecting, Reconnecting, and Pulling Out Meters
๐น Orientation on Gadget Meter Reading
Through this initiative, ILECO I aims to equip BAPA meter readers and technicians with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and accurately.
We also recognize the important role of our BAPA partners in supporting reliable electric service within their respective communities. By continuously strengthening their capabilities, we help promote proper meter reading, safe technical practices, improved BAPA operations, and better service to our MCOs.
We extend our appreciation to all the BAPA meter readers and technicians who participated in the training, as well as to our resource persons and ILECO I personnel who generously shared their knowledge and expertise.
