I humbly accept this responsibility with both honor and deep awareness of the challenges ahead. My entry into leadership comes at a time marked by energy crises, increasing competition, and evolving issues on ownership and sustainability in the power industry. Yet despite these realities, I remain inspired and hopeful because challenges also open opportunities to do better, serve better, and lead better.
With Godโs guidance, unity, and teamwork, I firmly believe that we will navigate these challenges smoothly and responsibly. Together, we shall continue and uphold the admirable direction and legacy of our outgoing President, Ms. Grace Laarni B. Custodio, whose leadership strengthened ILECO I toward becoming one of the premier electric cooperatives and service providers in the country.

Operating since 2024, our Power Monitoring Command Center utilizes state-of-the-art SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) technology. This advanced system allows us to monitor our power grid in real-time, drastically reducing response times and improving total grid reliability.
Our SCADA Engineers are monitoring the power system 24/7 to ensure the stability of our distribution network. As of this time, all feeders remain fully energized.
Our advanced SCADA system provides key benefits to our network, including real-time grid visibility that instantly detects power fluctuations and line faults across our coverage area, alongside faster power restoration by pinpointing exact problem areas so our field crews can deploy and fix issues quickly. Furthermore, it enables proactive system management by optimizing load flow to prevent system overloads and unexpected outages.
