โREPUBLIC ACT 11361 - Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Actโ - to ensure uninterrupted supply of power from generating plants to end-users and protects the reliability of power lines by keeping the surrounding land, air space and the area traversed by power lines free from any form of obstruction.
