This is to amend the Invitation to Bid No. 2024-011 for the “Supply and Delivery of Calendars for Year 2025”.
Please be informed that the Bid Opening for the aforementioned project scheduled on October 16, 2024 (Wednesday), has been rescheduled on October 21, 2024 (Monday), 1:30 PM. The change of schedule is due to scheduling conflicts of the BAC members.
All prospective bidders are hereby advised to take note of this new schedule. For any concerns, kindly coordinate with the BAC Secretariat thru the contact number provided in the ITB.
