We hereby inform you that Iloilo I Electric Cooperative Inc. (ILECO I) submitted an application dated 21 March 2024, to the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) on 24 April 2024 with ERC Case No. 2024-012 entitled, “IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR CONFIRMATION AND APPROVAL OF CALCULATIONS OF OVER OR UNDER RECOVERIES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATIC COST ADJUSTMENTS AND TRUE UP MECHANISMS FOR THE PERIOD 2021 TO 2023, PURSUANT TO ERC CASE NO.16, SERIES OF 2009 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 21, SERIES OF 2010, ERC RESOLUTION 23, SERIES OF 2010, ERC RESOLUTION NO. 02, SERIES OF 2021, AND ERC RESOLUTION NO. 14, SERIES OF 2022.”
This application was submitted by ILECO I to request an examination to determine whether they have collected the accurate amount to member-consumer owners from 2021 to 2023.
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) set the hearing for the said Application on 26 March 2025 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
