Competitive Selection Process (CSP) is a procurement requirement established by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), in line with policies of the Department of Energy (DOE), which mandates Distribution Utilities (DU) to secure their power supply through a transparent, fair, and competitive bidding process.
